The lemonade stand home, meaning a single mom taking a handful of lemons that are dealt in life and trying to make the best possible lemonade and lemonade stand. 1960’s mid-century modern home that was flipped to modern day functionality and liking. Re-configuring the kitchen, freshening up the bathrooms was a major focus. It’s where the original bubble bath bar lives as well as the original breakfast bar and there’s even a mom’s bar. There are three slides that go to three different floors and there is a slide in one of the kid’s bedrooms. There are three swings, one in each kid’s room. The finishes were kept super simple and super clean with wide open spaces so one can be in the kitchen cooking while looking out into the backyard while the kids play. For single mom functionality it provides high entertainment value for the kids and their friends while providing simple affordable finishes and something that makes sensible economical decisions for future financial planning and investment planning.
